Returns & Refunds Policy
At KANDĒ we take pride in offering high quality confectionery and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns
Confectiionary & Perishable Items
Please note that confectionary items are sensitive to heat, handling and transit conditions. Once shipped, products may be exposed to conditions outside of our control
For this reason:
We cannot guarantee the conditioin of confectionary once it is in transit.
Melted, softened or altered items due to shipping conditions are not eligible for refunds or replacements
We do not accept returns on any edible or perishable items, including:
Chocolates
Candies
Baked goods
Seasonal gift boxes
Custom orders
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following:
A photo of the item(s) received
Your order number
A description of the issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been dispatched, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving any issues with the courier.
InStore Purchases
If you made a purchase instore and believe there was an issue with the product (e.g. defective packaging), please return to the shop with your receipt within 2 days of purchase for assessment. If eligible, we may offer an exchange or store credit.
Important Notes
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on confectionery items.
Refunds (if issued) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.
